I recently went to the Jetstar Airways Melbourne Office in Australia to fix a booking issue and wanted to ask how it was for others. My overall experience was pretty good — once I got to the counter, the staff were helpful and explained everything clearly. The only downside was the waiting time, which was around 30 minutes, and it took a little effort to find parking nearby.

Still, the in-person support felt much more reassuring and efficient than trying to do everything online or through the call center.
